Technology Investment Services was founded by George O'Connor to be your analyst co-pilot. We work with listed companies via our partners at Progressive Research and with companies, professional service firms and institutional investors. Projects include building and reviewing investment cases, independent SWOT, benchmarking ‘best in class’, helping companies navigate the funding world and creating actionable insight for investors.

George O'Connor, Founder
For over 30 years I have been an analyst covering LSE-listed Software & IT Services, e-comm and tech hardware companies.

I have worked as a financial analyst for 25 years at investment banks and stockbrokers including Albert E Sharp, Panmure Gordon, Stifel, and others. My equity research has spanned the smallest to the largest listed companies, for example Computacenter, Kainos, and Sage. I have raised hundreds of millions via IPOs (Eagle Eye, Focusrite, TPXimpact and many others), secondary placings and the odd rescue rights, mea culpa. I have won Analyst of the Year twice, and Extel and Starmine awards multiple times. I am a professional ‘nosy parker’.

Prior to the City, I was employed by IDC as an IT industry analyst and after 9 years, I ended as Research Manager, serving clients including IT vendors, IT buyers/users and UK government.
